48″ x 96″ Vacuum table w/Phenolic resin top; axis stroke: X-axis is 110″, Y-axis is 51″ and Z-axis is 8″; fixed table – moving gantry.

Equipped with: 
(1) 10 HP Router with oil mist lubrication, infinitely variable 1,000 – 18,000 RPM spindle speed, controlled by 13 KVA inverter. 8-Position carousel type automatic tool changer with “ISO-30” tool holders.

Axes Travel & Speed:
All axes move on profile way bearing systems and are driven by precision ball screws with anti-backlash ball nuts with rapid feed-rates up to 900 IPM on the X- & Y-axis, 236 IPM on Z-axis.

Brand new control pad recently replaced

Operator & Machine Control:
FANUC “OM” CNC Controller with: 9″ CRT Screen w/graphic display; RS-232 interface in the separate free-standing control console.

Controller features:
Linear, circular & helical interpolation; automatic acceleration & deceleration; absolute & incremental programming. Feed rate, and spindle speed manual override.
