Used 2020 Anderson Stratos 5 x 12 Auto Bunk Loading Cell
Anderson bunk loading system included an Anderson Stratos 5 x 12 Stratos CNC Router, 4 bunk parking area,
auto loading and unloading material handling system for a completely automated flat panel work cell.

The vacuum table is made of cast steel covered with a 30mm thick phenolic grid table top with
4 high vacuum flow zones and 4 pneumatic pins for location positioning.
A 24HP Router with HSK 63F nose cone and 10 spot tool changer with a cast iron tool set up stand.
A 3HP 40 spindle independently selectable multi-spindle drill.

One Stop Loader and Unloading System with 4 bunk storage:
After parking 1 to 4 bunks, upto 48″ high) the top mounted, X Y scissors lift, will pick 1 sheet at a time from the bunks
and squarely load the sheet onto the “Infeed” conveyor so the bunks do not need to be perfectly aligned.
During the cut blast gates focus dust collection to the head that is working to improve dust collection.
After cutting the “Pusher” not only pushes the cut parts and the remaining scraps onto the out feed conveyor
It also sweeps up all the fine dust on the spoil board, ready for the next sheet.
The price includes loading onto your trucks. Installation and training can be done at additional costs.
